Wine-based decisions and the “poorly organized, poorly written, and poorly researched” dissertation of the Orc Putin

Still following my previous hypothesis i see that more evidence has been produced to support it. Bloodymir Putin (an accurate name coined by a Polish newspaper) just said that he will treat as midges all his fellow countrymen who do not share his lunatic ideas https://metro.co.uk/2022/03/16/russia-putin-issues-warning-to-scum-traitors-who-he-will-spit-out-like-a-midge-16290186/ Of course, Orc Putin’s aforementioned rant can be a sign of despair related to the chaos in Moscow’s empty stores where people now fight over sugar and also about the 150 billion default. Be there as it may it is for sure not the words of a true Christian.

Speaking about Christians, it’s important to remember that the very first public miracle that Jesus Christ did was at a wedding feast and his mother told Him that wine had run out, and then He transformed water into wine. Unsurprisingly, Bloodymir Putin is known to generally avoid drinking alcohol, which is also further evidence to support my hypothesis. Furthermore, several centuries before Jesus Christ was born the Greek historian Herodotus reported that the first Persian empire had a most interesting way of making decisions using wine so probably if Bloodymir Putin was a true Christian or at least had some of the wisdom of the first Persian empire the bloody invasion of Ukraine would never have happened.

In an older post of  18-09-2019, I presented a most interesting map of 4000 years of world history. In it, it is possible to notice that on a millennial-scale the Russian empire is a bad joke that can’t even compete with the disappeared Portuguese empire that lasted more than half a millennium. It is also possible to notice that several empires lasted more than 1000 years and then simply disappeared. The Kush and the Silla empires are just two of them, how many can remember the names of their emperors now ? The Roman empire lasted almost 1500 years but where´s Rome now? Ironically it was conquered by Jesus Christ even though he had no army, never won a single battle, or even wrote anything. His “empire” has lasted for two millennia and will last as many because it is based only on everlasting inspirational words. As to Orc Bloodymir Putin in a few hundred years or much earlier than that, no one will remember his name. He’s less than a history midge.

PS – Also interesting (in historical terms) is Orc Putin’s dissertation which is “poorly organized, poorly written, and poorly researched”

O partido Chega e a refinada hipocrisia do Expresso

Bloody Energy

Still, following the previous post about the (most needed) German sacrifice, it’s worth asking if diamonds from war zones were labeled “blood diamonds” (as a way to highlight their infamous origin) shouldn´t the Russian energy also be labeled as bloody energy ?

And if that is so, does that mean Western countries that paid for bloody energy are also responsible for the crimes that Putin´s army committed in Aleppo and Grozny, where the real horror began after the battle ended?

PS1 – How deeply ironic (and tragic) it is to watch the fanatics of the Islamic State celebrating the war in Ukraine.

PS2 – Some in the West say that we shouldn´t boycott the Russian artists that support the war crimes of Vlad Putin. Does this mean that if they lived in the time when Hitler was incinerating jews on an industrial scale, they would not mind inviting and collaborating with German artists who supported Hitler´s final solution?

Improving h-Index–based assessments of scientists’ impact

https://link.springer.com/article/10.1007/s11192-022-04323-8

The paper linked above, recently published in Scientometrics, asserts the existence of four methodological problems in the use of the h-index to evaluate individual research performance. Yet its critique ultimately reduces to a long-recognized limitation—the neglect of co-authorship—calling into question both the originality and depth of the analysis.

Most notably, the author ignores several highly relevant and well-established contributions. No reference is made to the work of Koltun and Hafner, who had already provided strong empirical evidence for the accuracy and robustness of the fractional h-index—an alternative that directly addresses and overcomes key limitations of the conventional h-index, particularly in fields characterized by papers with dozens or even hundreds of co-authors https://pacheco-torgal.blogspot.com/2021/11/evaluating-researchers-in-fast-and.html

PS – The paper also overlooks a well-documented limitation of Clarivate’s Highly Cited Researchers list, namely its reliance on non-fractional counting methods, a flaw explicitly analyzed in recent work by Aksnes and Aagaard. This further underscores the author’s inadequate engagement with the current state of the literature. https://pacheco-torgal.blogspot.com/2021/05/another-nail-in-coffin-of-flawed.html

The time has come for Germans to sacrifice their comfort to save Ukrainians

Russia is now on the verge of economic collapse. Eight days ago the rating agency S&P Global already cut Russia’s credit rating deeper into (CCC-minus) junk, below Argentina and even Mozambique. And each day the Russian army spent in Ukraine it costs psychopath Vlad Putin several billion per day and soon this cost will reach 20 billion per day.

So there´s only one reason why the Russian army continues to destroy Ukraine, it’s because he´s being funded by German money. The moment Germany finally decides to boycott Russian energy, it will be the moment when Russia goes bankrupt, running out of money to pay even public servants, pensioners, and soldiers.

If now and according to the New York Times many Russian soldiers have already preferred to surrender than fight for Vlad Putin the moment that Russia finally goes bankrupt how many Russian soldiers will want to die in Ukraine to get paid zero? And that is also why Putin is trying to recruit Syrian soldiers promising them a $3000/month salary that he will never be able to pay if Germany cuts all Russian energy imports.

Five days ago nine wise economists analyzed what would happen to the German economy if this country stops all energy imports from Russia and their conclusion was that “stop of Russian energy imports would lead to a GDP decline in range between 0.5% and 3% (cf. the GDP decline in 2020 during the pandemic was 4.5%)” And having an economic decline that is even lower than the one caused by Covid-19 can hardly be considered an unbearable price for Germans to pay to save many Ukrainian lives and also to dethrone Vlad Putin, the Russian dictator that will go down in history for having only brought misery, suffering, and shame to its own people.

PS – This is a good time for the German people to remember when another Russian dictator tried to starve 2 million West Berliners into submission, the infamous Berlin blockade, which was only overcome thanks to almost 300,000 flights during a year. That´s exactly what Vlad Putin is doing right now in Mariupol. https://www.independent.ie/news/russia-says-it-has-blocked-all-routes-to-starving-city-of-mariupol-as-ukraine-claims-putin-planning-false-flag-attack-on-chernobyl-and-refugee-numbers-rise-to-25million-41434577.html

The real (evil) genius orchestrating the sinister plot from behind the curtain

Sergei Lavrov is the real maestro (the real evil genius behind the curtain) playing the sinister war symphony. Rumor has it, that he’s got more brainpower in his middle finger than Bloodymir Putin in his entire brain. Just yesterday, Lavrov reportedly conjured up an entirely new language out of thin air.

According to him, Russia didn’t ‘attack’ Ukraine; the truth is that the Russian army is on a heroic mission to protect Ukrainians from the crafty Covid-19. When the Russian soldiers attempt to vanquish the virus, it might accidentally result in Ukrainians becoming collateral victims. Oops, the price of benevolence, right?

It is also not true that Russian soldiers rape Ukrainian women in fact the opposite is true. In reality, they’re merely on a quest to rescue them from Covid-19. How, you ask? In an act of chivalry, Russian soldiers are just trying to kill the sneaky Covid-19 that is hiding inside their vaginas. And obviously, since Russian soldiers can’t use their Kalashnikovs, they use the next best thing, their soft penises, which (Russian) science has already shown to have high antifungal capacity.

PS – Why is someone with the surname Kalantaryan known as Lavrov? Is he genuinely ashamed of his father’s legacy, or is he perhaps concealing his Georgian origin in an attempt to project a purely Russian identity? And why did he several months ago defend the criminal deeds of the most infamous Georgian of all times, Joseph Stalin (whose real name was Josef Vissarionovich Dzhugashvili)? Chances are, he shares similar ideologies with Rodion Romanovich Raskolnikov, the fictional protagonist of Fyodor Dostoyevsky’s masterpiece “Crime and Punishment“, who subscribed to the belief that certain crimes are justifiable if they are committed in order to remove obstacles to the higher goals of ‘extraordinary’ men.

Western cowards

Still, following a previous post titled “The ones that celebrate genocide and the ones that will pay the heaviest price for Putin´s war” it’s worth asking, for how long will Western countries allow Russia to do whatever it pleases even the use of thermobaric bombs that were banned by the “Inhumane Weapons Convention” of the United Nations?

If they are too coward to enforce a no-fly zone over Ukraine they should at least allow Poland to give Ukraine a few planes. Let´s not forget that in the Korean war not only Russia gave North Korea planes but also Russian pilots https://www.airforcemag.com/article/0291russians/

Are Western countries waiting for Russia to use chemical or biological weapons as it is mentioned here ? https://www.bbc.com/news/uk-60683248

PS – The Russian born, Gulnaz Sharafutdinova, Professor of political science, explained this week that the invasion of Ukraine is due only to the fact that Mr. Putin´s popularity among Russian people was declining, since 2018 when the retirement age was raised above the life expectancy and more recently due to Covid-19 economic related problems. And war was the only “solution” that Mr. Putin found to try to put an end to internal criticism about his flawed policies. It is true that the Russians’ economic situation has gotten much worse but now they are much more concerned about the deaths of their soldiers and even the possibility of a nuclear war. Someone once said that “Power tends to corrupt, and absolute power corrupts absolutely” and that is a particularly accurate statement for the psychopath Vlad Putin.

The ones that celebrate genocide and the ones that will pay the heaviest price for Putin´s war

https://pachecotorgal.com/2022/03/06/a-boycott-to-free-humanity-from-the-cult-of-ignorance/

When two days ago I called for a boycott (see post above) i had not heard about the persons that were killed in a soccer match in Mexico. But worse than that I was far to conceive that Russian sportsmen could display sadistic behavior by celebrating the Ukrain genocide with a shameful warmongering symbol https://edition.cnn.com/2022/03/07/sport/ivan-kuliak-russian-gymnastics-ukraine-z-spt-intl/index.html

Of course, some might say in a very relaxed or even cynical manner that the Ukraine War is not yet a “de jure” genocide but at most only a “de facto” one. For those, i just hope that the scenarios described here can never turn into reality. Be there as it may, at least one Russian officer Col. Astakhov Dmitry Mikhailovich already admitted its genocide https://nypost.com/2022/03/07/captured-russian-officer-apologizes-to-ukraine-for-genocide/

In August of 2020, an article published in Nature tried to show how very wrong were the world priorities with the increase in military spending when compared to the meager funding of The Paris Climate Agreement. But that was before the furious psychopath Putin decided that what the world really needs is not to reduce the military budget but on the contrary to increase it even more.

And his death wish came true because the German Chancellor just said that this year he will spend 100 billion euro on military expenses and in the following years, he will have a military budget which is twice the amount of the health care budget, 71 billion euro per year. Adolf Hitler can finally rest in peace because 77 years after his country’s army was defeated, behold, the dreadful Wehrmacht is reborn from the ashes (most ironically by the hand of psychopath Putin) and will quickly regain his former might !

PS – In September of 2020 The Economist noticed that Covid-19 would plunge many millions into extreme poverty. Unfortunately, we know now that was an optimistic scenario because the war in Ukraine will bring a much darker reality. Up to now each year the European Union provided over € 50 billion euro to help overcome poverty in many poor countries all over the world, but it is highly unlikely that it can continue to do so in this context, and that is just the tip of the crisis iceberg that also encompasses an increase in the price of many basic products, which means that poor countries will pay the heaviest price for the war started by the furious psychopath Putin.
