Afinal o partido Chega tinha toda a razão, quando bem avisava que Portugal estava a ser invadido e a melhor prova é que até já há zonas neste país, como em Benavente, onde a invasão é de tal ordem, que até mesmo conhecidas tradições onde Portugal possuía reconhecidos pergaminhos a nível mundial, foram repudiadas e agora até se sucedem deprimentes episódios como este recentemente ocorrido na Escola EB 2,3 Duarte Lopes. 

Como é que este país pode ter futuro se andam assim, de forma ignóbil, a matar a capacidade das crianças Portuguesas aspirarem a ser no futuro orgulhosos machos alfa ?

E não será absolutamente evidente que esta pérfida eliminação dos machos alfa Portugueses poderá levar a que no futuro (e como explica a psicologia) exista o risco das mulheres Portuguesas só aceitarem gerar descendência com machos alfa estrangeiros ?

E será que (como informou a revista Sábado em 21 de Fevereiro de 2020) até mesmo o Benfica foi obrigado a contratar figurantes para a Gala Cosme Damião, aos quais exigia excelente apresentação e o 12º ano, não é prova que este problema (da eliminação dos machos alfa na infância) já vem de trás e isso ajuda a perceber porque motivo já em 2020, o Benfica já só contava entre os seus adeptos, com machos alfa com má apresentação ou apenas com o 9º ano ?

PS – E porque não obrigar a que a supracitada turma de Benavente da Escola EB 2,3 Duarte Lopes, tenha agora que passar por um plano de recuperação da sua masculinidade, obrigando os seus alunos a ter algumas aulas com aquele conhecido macho alfa, que consegue a inaudita proeza de juntar num único individuo, elevada masculinidade e elevada inteligência, devidamente comprovada pela conclusão de um Mestrado com 17 valores ? 

Um recente artigo publicado no International Journal of Psychology and Behaviour Analysis por quatro investigadores de universidades do Reino Unido e dos EUA, revela que se durante uma entrevista, for pedido ao entrevistado que responda às perguntas ao mesmo tempo que executa uma tarefa secundária (por exemplo decorar o número de uma matricula de carro) é mais fácil detectar aqueles que mentem, pelo facto dessa segunda tarefa privar o cérebro da energia necessária para sustentar as mentiras.

PS – Informa hoje a imprensa que João Rendeiro acaba de falecer numa prisão da África do Sul, alegadamente por suicídio. Apesar de haver quem esteja contente com o ocorrido (o que não é o meu caso) acho que da mesma forma como anteriormente critiquei a sua fuga, devo agora relembrar que ainda há poucos dias um artigo dava conta que o Estado Português conseguiu recuperar 90% do dinheiro do qual foi credor relativamente ao BPP, o que significa que no que respeita a falências de bancos a falência do BPP representou uma perda diminuta, pelo menos quando comparada com os milhares de milhões de euros que custaram as infames falências do BPN (cujo fundador morreu sem ter cumprido pena) e também do BES (cujo ex-DDT também irá morrer tranquilamente sem cumprir qualquer pena).

A Faculdade mais famosa deste país, a mesma onde o Presidente da República trabalhou toda a sua vida e onde garante nunca ter visto nenhum caso de assédio sexual (ou outro), o que é prova bastante que só depois de Marcelo Rebelo de Sousa se ter tornado Presidente da República, em 2016, é que finalmente o maligno assédio finalmente conseguiu entrar na FDUL (muito embora tenha havido denúncias anteriores a essa data mas que não devem porém ser levadas a sério porque contrariam a inatacável e sacrossanta opinião presidencial), volta hoje a ser noticia, desta vez na edição do semanário Expresso, onde se fica a saber que o medo está a travar novas denúncias de assédio, o que pensando bem é uma forma inteligente e até bastante inovadora de resolver esse problema, pelo que às restantes instituições de ensino superior deste país, lhes basta agora decretar que passam também a viver com o mesmo clima de medo para assim o assédio desaparecer de vez. 

A mesma edição do Expresso, dá conta que a Autoridade Tributária está convencida que o engenheiro Fernando Santos, criou uma empresa para assim conseguir baixar de forma substancial o montante de impostos a pagar (ao mesmo tempo que recebeu milhões de euros da Federação declarou ao fisco que na referida empresa tinha um vencimento de apenas 5000 euros/mês) e por isso aquela exige agora que o engenheiro pague vários milhões de euros de IRS. Algo que porém ele não pretende fazer, tendo por isso recorrido da referida decisão para um tribunal arbitral, que como se sabe, é aquele lindo tribunal, onde por regra o Estado perde quase sempre (leia-se onde os contribuintes perdem quase sempre) e onde os árbitros e os advogados conseguem ganhar “honorários nunca sonhados”. Entendo assim que talvez o melhor fosse, como de forma bastante sagaz (modéstia à parte), sugeri no post abaixo, permitir que todos os contribuintes também possam ser pagos como “sociedades unipessoais“, o único inconveniente desta visionária medida, será o de saber, onde é que depois se vai arranjar dinheiro para encher o Orçamento de Estado, quando andarmos todos a pagar apenas 1% de imposto https://pacheco-torgal.blogspot.com/2020/03/porque-e-que-os-investigadores-tambem.html

PS – Ainda sobre o tal artigo hoje publicado no Expresso acerca da FDUL, gostei especialmente da parte onde se pode ler: “segundo relatos dos estudantes o comportamento de alguns professores não se alterou depois de várias denúncias terem vindo a público, nem com a garantia dada pela direcção de “tolerância zero”…Em sala de aula, por exemplo, continuam a ouvir-se comentários de docentes como “não vale a pena queixarem-se, porque nada acontecerá“

Spiegel just informed that by the end of April the German people had helped Ukraine with a total of 752 million euros (around 9 euros/German). However, let´s not forget that each month Germany pays 3000 million euros for Russian energy (around 34 euros/German).

This means that in the last 20 years Germany paid around 700,000 million euros which represent around 50% of all expenses of the Russian rapist army in that period. This also means that Germany is now morally responsible for around 50% of the destruction caused by the Russian rapist army in Ukraine. And, since the cost of rebuilding Ukraine amounts to 950.000 million euros then 50% of that amounts to almost 5000 euros/German.

Of course, the aforementioned amount has nothing to do with the 950 million euros per week needed to support Ukrainian refugees that must be paid for with frozen Russian assets.

PS – The aforementioned TIME edition has also an interesting essay about Bloodymir Putin titled “Follow the money” adapted from Browder´s Freezing Order: A true story of money laundering, murder, and surviving Putin´s wrath. The very same greedy Putin who has billions at the same time that 19 million Russians live in poverty. In the post scriptum of another previous post I ridiculed Russia’s ability to attract world-class talent when compared to the EU, US, and China. And I didn’t even need to compare the ridiculous amount Russia spends on research, just 1% of its GDP, with the much higher percentage spent by China. Not to mention while in China companies are advised to support basic research (Tencent will put up $1.5 billion in biology, math, medicine, and physics) in Russia companies support Putin’s luxury addiction instead.

Still following a previous post about a paper published in Nature whose authors found that junior researchers who coauthor work with top scientists enjoy a persistent competitive advantage throughout the rest of their careers, see a recent paper by two researchers of Bar-Illan University in Israel:

“We harnessed three genealogical and scientometric datasets to identify 3 distinct groups of computer scientists: Highly independent, who cease collaborating with their advisors (almost) instantly upon graduation; Moderately independent, who (quickly) reduce the collaboration rate over ~5 years; and Weakly independent who continue collaborating with their advisors for at least 10 years post-graduation. We find that highly independent researchers are more academically successful than their peers …In addition, both highly and moderately independent researchers are found to have longer academic careers” https://arxiv.org/abs/2204.08103

Still following a recent Call by the European Commission seeking outstanding scientists for the ERC Scientific Council that required the nominations to disclose the H-index of the candidates its worth mentioning that just two weeks ago, an article was published in the Elsevier journal Heliyon, regarding faculty who were promoted from assistant professors to associate professors and/or associate professors to full professors in the period of 2006-2021.

A recent article authored by German researchers published in the Elsevier journal Research Policy shows that, at least in the area of Psychology, there is no discrimination against female researchers:

“Theories on gender bias argue that women in academia benefit less from their academic achievements than men do; women, as a result, show lower rates of success in becoming tenured professors. Based on longitudinal data from CVs of virtually all psychologists in German academia, we analyze factors that lead to a first permanent professorship in German psychology departments….Among tenured professors, women show a 32% higher chance of becoming a professor than men”

Moreover, this phenomenon does not occur only in the field of Psychology, but also in Political Science, as one can read in another article that was published in 2021, entitled “Publishing, signaling, social capital, and gender: Determinants of becoming a tenured professor in German political science“.
